From Small-Town Louisiana to Standing Up for American Values

Born in Hammond and raised in rural Port Allen, Louisiana, Kathy Seiden learned early that family comes first—a principle that drives everything she does today. Growing up with the values of faith, family, and community, Kathy witnessed firsthand how government policies impact real families struggling to make ends meet, raise their children safely, and preserve the American Dream for the next generation.

After graduating from Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge and earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Louisiana State University, Kathy began her career in sales and marketing at Dell Computers in Austin, Texas. But when she and her husband Daniel started their family, Kathy made the choice that millions of American mothers face every day—she left her corporate career to focus on what matters most: raising her four sons with strong Christian values.

A Mom Who Gets It

As a hands-on mother of four, Kathy didn't just stay home—she became a fierce advocate for families in her community. She organized charitable initiatives through her church, served on her children's Catholic school board, and led civic organizations focused on strengthening families and neighborhoods. This is where her political awakening began—seeing how bureaucratic red tape and failed policies were making it harder for parents to protect and provide for their children.

"I've sat at kitchen tables with families struggling to pay for groceries while politicians send billions overseas," Kathy says. "I see parents fighting radical school boards across the country that prioritize radical ideology over reading, writing, and arithmetic. I've seen small businesses crushed by regulations while big corporations get bailouts. Enough is enough."

Fighting the Battles That Matter

Long before "health and wellness" became a political talking point, Kathy was fighting for her family's health through her family's nutrition business—learning firsthand how Big Pharma and corrupt food systems are poisoning American families. While Senator Cassidy has taken over $700,000 from pharmaceutical companies, Kathy has seen the real cost of putting corporate profits over family health.

Her experience managing the family convenience store in the small town of Brusly, Louisiana,  taught her what every working family knows—government should get out of the way and let Americans thrive, not burden them with endless taxes and regulations that make it harder to put food on the table and keep a roof overhead.

Proven Leadership, Unshakeable Values

Since being elected to the St. Tammany Parish Council in 2023, Kathy has delivered results. As Chair of the Economic Development Committee overseeing a $160 million budget, she's proven she can fight for responsible spending while promoting policies that put Louisiana families first.

But unlike career politicians, Kathy's principles aren't for sale. As a lifelong conservative Republican and devoted Catholic, she brings an unwavering moral compass to every decision:

  • She stands with President Trump's America First agenda while Senator Cassidy voted to impeach our President

  • She believes biology isn't bigotry—fighting to keep men out of women's sports and protect our children from radical gender ideology

  • She is 100% pro-life, defending every unborn child when politicians waver under pressure

  • She will secure our borders and fight violent crime to protect law-abiding families

  • She supports school choice because parents—not bureaucrats—should decide their children's education

  • She will unleash American energy and fight for Louisiana oil, gas, and energy workers against the radical left's war on our jobs

A Mother's Promise

Kathy and Daniel—a nuclear energy consultant—have raised four successful sons while staying deeply rooted in their faith and community. Kathy is active in her church, never forgetting the values that shaped her or the families counting on her to fight for them in Washington.

"As a mother, I know what's at stake," Kathy says. "Our children's future, our family's freedom, our nation's survival as the land of opportunity. Career politicians like Senator Cassidy have failed us for too long. It's time for a mother who will fight like her children's lives depend on it—because they do."

This is more than a campaign—it's a mother's mission to restore the America our children deserve.
